How I can contact Unic?
To contact support via the UNIC app, follow these steps:
- Log into the UNIC Mobile App
Open the UNIC app on your phone and sign in using your account credentials. - Tap on the “Account” Tab
Tap the Account tab located at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to your profile and settings. - Tap on “Contact Us”
Under the Support section in the Account tab, tap on “Contact Us” to open the contact form. - Enter Your Feedback and Details
In the contact form, provide details about your issue or feedback. Make sure to include as much relevant information as possible. - Submit the Form
Once you’ve completed the form with your feedback or issue, tap Submit to send the details to our support team.
