To check your previous trips or rides, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

Log into the UNIC Mobile App\n
\n
Open the UNIC app on your phone.<\/li>\n
Sign in with your account credentials to access your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
Go to the Account Tab\n
\n
Once logged in, tap on the Account tab located at the bottom menu of the screen.<\/li>\n
This will take you to your profile and account settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
Navigate to the Booking Section\n
\n
In the Account tab, scroll down until you find the Booking section or navigate to Your Trips under the General Settings section.<\/li>\n
Tap on this option to view your past and upcoming trips.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
View Your Previous Trips\n
\n
You will now see a list of all the trips you\u2019ve completed, including past, ongoing, and upcoming rides.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
Use the Filter Option\n
\n
At the top-right corner of the screen, you will find a filter option. Tap on it to filter your trips into different categories, such as:\n
\n
Past Trips: View completed rides.<\/li>\n
Upcoming Trips: Check rides that are scheduled in the future.<\/li>\n
In Process: View rides currently in progress.<\/li>\n
Expired: See trips that have expired.<\/li>\n
All Trips: View all of your rides, regardless of status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
Tap on a Trip for Detailed Information\n
\n
When you tap on any specific trip, you will be taken to a detailed view of that ride.\n
\n
Here, you can:\n
\n
Request assistance if needed.<\/li>\n
Leave a tip for the driver.<\/li>\n
Review the payment receipt for that ride.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
