To check your driver rating and user feedback in the UNIC Driver app, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

Step 1: Log into the UNIC Driver App<\/b>\n

Open the UNIC Driver app on your device and log in using your username and password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
Step 2: Access the Profile Tab<\/b>\n
\n
Once logged in, tap on the ‘Profile’ tab located at the bottom of your screen to open your account settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
Step 3: Tap on ‘Avg. Rating’ Block (Alternatively)<\/b>\n
\n
If you\u2019re on the home screen, you can also tap on the ‘Avg. Rating’ block to directly view your rating.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
Step 4: Select ‘User’s Feedback’ from General Settings<\/b>\n
\n
In the ‘Profile’ section, navigate to the General Settings area.<\/li>\n
Tap on ‘User’s Feedback’ to view ratings and comments provided by your passengers. This section includes both individual feedback and your average rating.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Note: The ‘Avg. Rating’ section gives you an overview of your overall performance based on passenger ratings. Be sure to keep track of any feedback for improvement!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
